This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Bizfinite and its Merchants collect, use, and protect information related to text messaging.
1.Information We Collect
- Your mobile phone number
- The content of messages you send and receive
- Consent records: timestamp, source, IP address (when available), and the exact consent language you accepted
- Delivery metadata (status, timestamps)
2.How We Use It
We use this information solely to deliver the messaging service you consented to — sending confirmations, updates, quotes, invoices, and replies — and to maintain compliance records.
3.No Sale of Data; No Sharing for Marketing
We do not sell your information. Mobile information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties for marketing.
4.Service Providers
We share data only with subprocessors needed to deliver messages (e.g., our telephony provider, Twilio) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
5.Data Retention
Consent records and message logs are retained as long as needed to operate the service and to demonstrate compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
6.Your Choices
You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting the Merchant or support@bizfinite.net.
7.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect messaging data against unauthorized access.
