1.Services
Bizfinite provides software tools and business platform services that may include business profiles, bookings, payments, commerce tools, and related services.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use our services.
3.Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
4.Payments
Certain services may require payment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Use the platform fraudulently
- Interfere with system operations
- Upload malicious code
- Infringe intellectual property rights
6.User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Bizfinite a license to host, display, and use content as needed to operate the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the platform.
8.Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bizfinite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.Changes to Services or Terms
We may modify services or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizfinite operates.
12.SMS & Text Messaging Program
Bizfinite enables Merchants to send transactional and conversational text messages — such as appointment confirmations, quote and invoice notifications, order updates, and follow-ups — only to customers who have opted in. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Merchant. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold.
