SMS Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent and received through the Bizfinite platform between businesses ("Merchants") and their customers. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1.Program Description
Bizfinite enables Merchants to send transactional and conversational text messages — such as appointment confirmations, quote and invoice notifications, order updates, and follow-ups — to customers who have provided consent. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Merchant.
2.Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in (via web form, in person, or verbally during a call that is recorded and logged), you consent to receive SMS messages from the Merchant through Bizfinite. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3.Opting Out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
4.Help (HELP)
Reply HELP for support, or contact the Merchant directly. For platform support, email support@bizfinite.net.
5.Opting Back In (START)
If you previously opted out and wish to resume messages, reply START to opt back in.
6.Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
7.Costs
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.
8.Acceptable Use
Merchants must use messaging only for lawful, consented communications. Prohibited content includes:
- Unsolicited marketing to numbers without valid consent
- SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) where prohibited
- Fraud, phishing, or deceptive messaging
- High-risk financial, illegal, or restricted-category content
9.Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
